STRONGHER
StrongHer is a girls-focused initiative of the Chattanooga FC Foundation, developed in partnership with VfL Wolfsburg, that shapes how we support and develop girls across all of our Foundation soccer teams.
The StrongHer initiative is a shared framework and set of values that guide every girls team within the Foundation.
Our Partnership with VfL Wolfsburg
StrongHer was created in collaboration with VfL Wolfsburg, a global leader in women’s soccer. This partnership helps inform our approach to player development, coach support, and creating environments where girls are encouraged to grow with confidence—on and off the field.
Our purpose
